All employees are super nice. My main complaint is that it’s really hard to get an appointment just for service. If I get there first thing on a Saturday morning they can usually My main complaint is that it’s really hard to get an appointment just for service. If I get there first thing on a Saturday morning they can usually do an oil change but often times can’t do the tire rotation (which is part of a maintenance plan that I paid extra for). I have tried to get an appointment up to 3 months out and everything was already full. More
