Here's where it starts to get a little ugly. I don't know if I was sold something that had some band-aids on it or what has been someone's problem child. I've had it in my possession for two days and it's no longer drivable. It stalled twice on the way, and then repeatedly the following day. I'm glad I was able to get it home. If I'm asked to bring it back to Tulsa, I'm not paying for that tow, and there's going to be some conversating going on. I can't do anything about getting it fixed till Portfolio has their copy of the warranty contract. I've been reaching out about getting that done and getting no where. The mailbox I keep getting sent to is full, can't leave a message. Aside from an known issue there was nothing wrong with it when I test drove it. Now this. A lemon? Your communication sucks. I had to talk to at least two different people just to find out that I was able to come get the Jeep. It was almost like pulling teeth. So I've got a car with a CEL after two day, miss firing like crazy, code P0300 and I can't talk to anybody so far. Next time I call I'm going to be wanting a manager and someone who can take steps to help rectify this situation. Ramses has a text with a picture of my code reader, said "I'll let someone know". So far crickets. Not even a week after I signed papers and I might as well be on a desert island. Please don't leave me wishing I'd bought a 4Runner instead. More

I originally met with a different sales person, but I guess that changed So I ended up with a salesman named Jake. Trying to negotiate with him felt a little difficult, I almost felt like he was talking guess that changed So I ended up with a salesman named Jake. Trying to negotiate with him felt a little difficult, I almost felt like he was talking down to me half of the time.- yet I have bought and sold several vehicles. When I got there to pick up the truck once we finally negotiated a deal, I had hoped things would go smoothly, and did not need to wait as long as I did. I ended up hanging around for almost 4 hours to sign the paperwork. When the truck was delivered, it was not washed, which Jake explained and apologized even though waiting 4 hours did not make sense why they could not wash it. It took a few days before my SiriusXM trial was initiated, and nowhere did anyone explain to me any details about programming the truck. I signed and left- no tutorial . I also left my lien release in the vehicle. I traded, which I found out later the detailer threw in the trash. Then I had to spend multiple days trying to get a hold of Honda finance to give me another lien release to get over to them after purchase of this vehicle. Also, Jake kept my drivers license, did not return it after making a copy. But when he called me, he insinuated that I left it, which is absolutely incorrect, he did not return it to me. I had to wait three days to get my drivers license back. Seemed like they just didn't have it together there- More
