I was almost 45 mins late getting there and I was ushered in as though I was a a walk-in and we started immediately. Victor is a very understanding and helpful (he drove me to a nearby bank as I did not have a check handy for the dp) professional who made my buying process easy and unusually smooth. Reasonable during negotiations, never pushy, the dealership outdid themselves (serviced and detailed the car, even put new tires on it) in making my buying experience a highly positive one.
