Got it right this time. My battery died, which caused the issue I had last week. The battery was under warranty so it was replaced free of charge, and the new battery is also My battery died, which caused the issue I had last week. Cory Fairbanks service was fast because batteries are considered an emergency and they also washed the car this time. More

Did nothing right. I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance, which also needed a recalled part to be replaced. After they finished maintenance and replacement of th I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance, which also needed a recalled part to be replaced. After they finished maintenance and replacement of the recalled piece, I immediately noticed that they did not wash the car as they said they would. The tires were low on air pressure, which I had to fix myself at a gas station. And a week later my car is refusing to start (I'm now waiting for road side assistance after working a 13 hour shift). This is a new car which only has 28k miles on it. So I'm thinking that either somebody is a complete xxxxxxx at Cory Fairbanks maintenance department, or they intentionally did a bad job and/or lied about the service they did (they most certainly lied about washing the car and inflating the tires). More
