He knew the dealership's inventory, even those vehicles that were recently acquired and not yet offered for sale. We went for several test drives and he was patient and very considerate. Brian knew all about the cars, their pluses and minuses, and it made finding my new car a delightful experience. All the other employees at the dealership were friendly and hospitable. They got water for me and my dog. Jon, the financial advisor, was able to get me the best possible financing and made me feel comfortable with an extended warranty plan.
