Worse experience I have ever had shopping for a car,
spent three hours traveling to look at a car, get there and it's supposedly gone. Even after talking to the salesman twice that morning, no one thoug

Even after talking to the salesman twice that morning, no one thought to check for keys or to see if the car was there. Here is where it gets really bad, they say I cannot afford a car. But don't realize the reason for shopping for a car is because we crashed ours. Then they changed up, even followed me to the car trying to get me to come back. What a joke, I would not buy a cardboard box here.

We are sorry that your experience with our dealership was less than satisfactory. That is never our intention. We did speak with Mike Smith, your sales consultant at our Credit Connection facility regarding your inquiry to purchase a vehicle from us. Mike said he had been communicating with you over the phone for a bit but an exact date and time for an appointment was never established. When you did inform Mike that you were on your way to the dealership, he checked on the vehicle you were interested in and found it had been sold. He texted you right away that the vehicle was no longer available, but unfortunately you either did not receive the text or did not see it in time to stop your travels. We do sincerely regret the situation and apologize for your inconvenience. Our new and used car inventory has been selling very rapidly due to the low volume of available inventory since the beginning of the pandemic – if not acted upon quickly, the vehicle is sold. Mike said he was trying to find another vehicle in our inventory that might fit your needs but, understandably, you were not happy because the original vehicle was not available and you got up and left. Again, we apologize for the unsatisfactory experience you had with our store and we sincerely hope you have found a car or truck that you are very happy with. Our goal is to make customers happy not angry, and clearly we failed to make that happen with your experience. - Expressway Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

I just recently purchased a 2022 Ram pickup truck from Expressway Dodge. Mr. Brett Sprinkle was my sales associate. I’m sure you already realize the high caliber of a salesman he is. However I’m writing this memo to let you know that I had a great experience throughout my purchase. Which started approximately three weeks ago following the process of where the truck was and then when to expect it. Mr. Sprinkle let me know weekly the status keeping me informed making sure everything was taken care of and in a timely manner.
