When they say they will get you in something they mean it, such amazing team work and customer service and they go above and beyond to please there customers. Brett remembered every detail that I mentione it, such amazing team work and customer service and they go above and beyond to please there customers. Brett remembered every detail that I mentioned liking in a vehicle and at the end of the sale placed me in an absolutely perfect vehicle in my favorite color RED. All staff teamed up and stayed late to assure we left in our vehicle we were blessed to say the least thanks Patriots McAlester Team for perfect service definitely earned a new lifetime customer!! Love our Chevy Colorado! Brett Pemberton went above and beyond for us. That meant a lot. Ben Evans not only made us feel at home, he kept us laughing so much. It was like f Brett Pemberton went above and beyond for us. That meant a lot. Ben Evans not only made us feel at home, he kept us laughing so much. It was like friends talking, instead of finalizing a contract. He doesn't realize how I appreciated that. He made sure we were heard, seen, and satisfied. I think every dealership needs "a Ben." Thank you Patriot CJDR!! More
