I purchased my vehicle here and have always brought it back for service. It’s normally been a good experience. This time things weren’t quite as good or seem as professional. In the days leading up to my back for service. It’s normally been a good experience. This time things weren’t quite as good or seem as professional. In the days leading up to my appointment I received multiple reminder texts even after I had confirmed the original one. I then received another confirmation text with the wrong date, followed the next day with a correction. Then three days after the completed appointment I received another email stating that my car was due for service! At check in I was asked if I wanted my car washed. I said yes, but it wasn’t. I really don’t like your policy of charging for using a credit card. The bank fee is part of the cost of doing business and is absorbed by most other shops. My debit card had expired and had to pay a $6.60 surcharge. More
