Very disappointed at how expensive it is just for an oil change w/no tire rotation. I asked for a wash & vac inside was not cleaned. All of the workers paper mat etc was still left in the car. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that my service took all day for three simple tasks. I was told that the reason for taking so long was because of a computer update. Because of time, that my service took all day for three simple tasks. I was told that the reason for taking so long was because of a computer update. Because of time, my car did not receive a wash, which was part of the service plan. I had to pay to get it washed. More

Brought our 2019 Encore in for an oil change. I gave them the coupons for the oil change, and free car wash for any service performed, The car was not washed. I'm not positive if I dealt with Adam or Brenden the coupons for the oil change, and free car wash for any service performed, The car was not washed. I'm not positive if I dealt with Adam or Brenden, wearing masks and staying away from each other doesn't help in recognizing people. However, I don't think any "blame" lays at their feet. The people that perform the actual service may have "dropped the ball", so to speak, by not having cars washed after performing service. More
