Total waste of time. Received an email that there was a drive train software update that I needed to come in for. When I got there I was informed that they would check. Received an email that there was a drive train software update that I needed to come in for. When I got there I was informed that they would check. An hour and a half later I was told that there was no update and that "everyone got these just to get you into the dealer". With drive time wasted two and a half house with nothing accomplished. Service department isn’t great unfortunately. Was told at my Saturday appointment I would be called Monday to schedule a repair follow up appointment. Did not hear from the rep Monday or Tuesday, Was told at my Saturday appointment I would be called Monday to schedule a repair follow up appointment. Did not hear from the rep Monday or Tuesday, called Wednesday and left a message for the rep at 8am, still never heard back. Called again Thursday morning for the service manager, didn’t hear from the manager but then finally heard from the rep (via text) and still have no resolution on the appointment needing to be scheduled. This is not even the first issue I’ve had with the service department, it’s exhausting. More
