I have had many pleasant experiences at this dealership for regular wear and tear, such as oil changes and tires, but the first time I needed them to fix a warranty issue the quality of service changed dra for regular wear and tear, such as oil changes and tires, but the first time I needed them to fix a warranty issue the quality of service changed drastically . Long story below but to make it short, if you need anything beyond a oil change for your Mitsubishi go to another dealer. I was told, by my service advisor and service manager, for anything to occur I would need video proof and to speak with the manager again. This reason being was that my issue was intermittent and could not be recreated at the dealership. This is completely understandable and I made my next appointment to get this addressed when I had two separate videos showing the issue in question. I called ahead to ensure there was a manager on hand to get this issue addressed which Brandon ensured me there was and to come in. I called twice to ensure this, and even sent the videos in prior to my arrival, as asked by my service advisor Brandon. Upon my arrival everything appeared ok, until a mechanic came into the waiting room to watch the videos I had submitted, as they could not recreate the issue like I had warned them. As they were watching the video, with me sitting in front of them, the mechanic and another service advisor laughed at the videos and insinuated I was stupid for not knowing how my car worked. The mechanic doubled downed on this using profanities and blatantly stating I was an idiot, not knowing I was sitting in front of him. When the service advisor came to discuss that the mechanic was not able to recreate the issue he then told me nothing could be done because there were no managers on. This completely contradicted what he had told me twice on the phone, and at my previous appointment. I had waited for almost two hours to be told this. When I expressed my displeasure, and blatant unprofessionalism, by the mechanic and other service advisor I was told that was simply how things were at this dealership. Brandon defended their actions and told me he was sorry I felt offended, suggesting he felt no remorse nor had an issue with the unprofessional behavior that was exhibited. I was then told I would receive a call in one week once a manager returned to discuss my case and view my videos. It has currently been three weeks with no update. The only reason why I haven’t rated both Brandon and the dealership one star is due to my pleasant experiences prior. Based off of this experience, though, it is clear that the dealership has no care about customer experience. More
