I had a great experience with Court Street Ford. After negotiating the price of my F-350 and making the 5-hour drive to the dealership, they identified several items that needed attention and agreed After negotiating the price of my F-350 and making the 5-hour drive to the dealership, they identified several items that needed attention and agreed to take care of them — ultimately putting over $5,000 into repairs on their dime. This was the first time I’ve ever paid for a vehicle and left the dealership without driving it home, so I was understandably a little nervous. Used Car Sales Manager Anthony Boudreau kept me well-informed throughout the process and assured me everything would be taken care of. A little over a week later, the truck was delivered to me with the repairs completed, and I couldn’t be happier. Court Street Ford did exactly what they said they would do and delivered what they promised. I would absolutely do business with them again! More
