I’m pleased with low mileage RX450H 2010. Brandon represented Palmer Dodge Chrysler well and took care of me with dispatch. Earlier Note to Nick, I’m more than pleased. I purchased the SUV. Checked represented Palmer Dodge Chrysler well and took care of me with dispatch. Earlier Note to Nick, I’m more than pleased. I purchased the SUV. Checked Carmax Report for $39 that informed me the Lexus 450h 2010 had only 58K miles on it and was well maintained in Miami. Report was well worth it. Surprised that first owner for 10 years + went beyond servicing it regularly. Lexus quality focuses more on not fixing keys components like the aspirated engines unless they break and less on high tech turbo chargers that generate excess heat affecting reliability of other components. It’s a good trade off- more reliability for less power and speed. Other auto makers might note well and follow Demming’s *total quality management (TQM) lead, that is, more on extending vehicle reliability and maintainability and less on high tech optics and ensuing built-in obsolesce. Of course the big three autos’ business plans call for selling more cars not keeping older ones like this one running. Lexus knows what right looks like from at least this consumers perspective. Brandon, a true professional, took care of me politely and efficiently with dispatch, Driver with his chase delivered it on same day of sale despite heavy traffic South on I-75. Well done Palmer!!! PS. Apologize for the long response did not have time for a short one. What do you expect from a retired combat hardened Green Beret? :) You have my permission to share my celebration in the end zone response, so to,speak, with whomever cares and has time to read it. * American from the Department of Labor who taught TQM to Toyota to the chagrin of the big three auto manufactures.
