My son was shopping for a Dodge challenger. We chose bettenhausen for their reputation. Well that didn't pan out. Spent 4.5 hours at the dealer and got absolutely nothing. They claimed they couldn't get bettenhausen for their reputation. Well that didn't pan out. Spent 4.5 hours at the dealer and got absolutely nothing. They claimed they couldn't get my son financing, he has a 735 score. We then tried to choose same model car only predriven instead of new. They said they could approve that car for 16.9 %. What? Are you kidding me. Waited another hour only to have Bill Awad and sales Mgr Brandon come back and say the car was sold. Really. We walked out. They said they'd find us another car same model, Bill calls back said they're still looking. 3 days later. Well, things happen for a reason. We went to South Oak Dodge and found the challenger that my son was looking for. It was 1500 cheaper, only 4000 miles instead of 30k, more options and for a respectful interest rate. Under 3 hours. From test drive to keys in hand. I'd rather walk than buy a car from Bettenhausen. You people left a real bad taste in my mouth. More
