Horrible communication. I have a 2019 Sonata that I leased from them, the car is in pristine condition. I wanted to change to a different car and terminate my existing lease. They did not work with m leased from them, the car is in pristine condition. I wanted to change to a different car and terminate my existing lease. They did not work with me at all. The Kelley Blue Book value of my car is over $19,000 and they wanted $2500 down and to charge me $389/month for a KONA!!! I was very disappointed and will never shop there again!!!!! I realize it wasn't the fault of the Sales Rep, but of the "manager" that never came out of the back and did not give me the common courtesy of a face to face discussion, just disgusting and rude!!!! More

I went to a couple of dealerships before landing up at Hyundai of Paramus and I am beyond lucky I found this place. Brandon was the first person to help me three years ago and I have stuck with him ever s Hyundai of Paramus and I am beyond lucky I found this place. Brandon was the first person to help me three years ago and I have stuck with him ever since. He is personable, kind, and truly knowledgeable. The rude and dirty feeling of being ripped off was something I didn’t worry about when working with him. He will surely help you find what you need without pressure to buy. I recommend him and the general location for all your needs. I have been back with family and friends and they all agree with his services. Will continue to come back as long as he is with the company. More

The Palisade With the $7,000 Markup So I went in to test drive the palisade at the urging of the Manager Kevin who stated that they are not marking up the vehicle. Well... I am here to t So I went in to test drive the palisade at the urging of the Manager Kevin who stated that they are not marking up the vehicle. Well... I am here to tell you that was a lie. The sleezy sales manager tried to convince me he was marking the vehicle up $1995 which he normally charges 5k to other people. After doing the math, they ended up trying to charge me a 7,000 premium and $727 per month on a vehicle. When I explained that was outrageous for a Hyundai and is more in line with a BMW price wise his response” these people think they know the business. Go drive a BMW”. Great way to treat potential buyers. Steer clear of the shadiness. More

I started with an internet request that was responded too almost immediately. I walked in later the next day and was met by warm and friendly staff. They were not pushy and genuinely appeared to care. I took few days to competitively shop the vehicle. I cam back with pricing and they in turned matched the deal to gain my business.
