Ppl and sales are great service is not - gougers. Had faulty AC cartridge - refused to honor warranty. Tried to bilk us for $1200. Took to another dealership - was a fraction to fix. So while sales Had faulty AC cartridge - refused to honor warranty. Tried to bilk us for $1200. Took to another dealership - was a fraction to fix. So while sales and support staff are great, and even service guys nice, the conditions and culture within the service side of the dealership are not long term thinking. More

These are not the typical salesman. They cared about us until we were completely satisfied. They have a great team of people who followed through on all promises. We bought a used car and it was not as soon as you leave the lot it’s your problem. They were there to make sure everything was right and we were satisfied. It is not like that everywhere you go!!
