However, I was recently assigned a new service manager, Michael Troedel and I honestly could not say enough good things about him. He knows his stuff, is respectful, cares and is a genuinely nice person. I enjoyed working with him. I met met Brad Troedel as well who is head of the service department for the first time and he could not have been more helpful. Bradd Troedel has exceeded my expectations for the service experience I received at Alfa Romeo of Ft Lauderdale. He has gone the extra mile in researching the issues I had been having with my vehicle service experience I received at Alfa Romeo of Ft Lauderdale. He has gone the extra mile in researching the issues I had been having with my vehicle and communicating about my vehicle’s problems and timing for parts delivery and repairs. I have been to many car dealerships for service of my European autos over the years and Bradd has been the most professional and helpful person with which I have ever had the pleasure to work. Alfa Romeo of Ft Lauderdale is very fortunate to have him working at the dealership. More
