I am not always easy to negotiate with, but the entire staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. The service I received from Arthur was above and beyond. He even stayed after closing time to help me set up the truck. This was the 4th vehicle I've purchased at Gateway in the last 3 years, and they really tried to understand my needs. They didn't just sell me a vehicle to meet a quota. Thanks, I'll be back again when my lease is up. Great Service and a Great Deal, who wouldn't come back! More
