Jeremy and Rob Schmaltz did an excellent job keeping me informed of the status of my Camaro order and got me all requested documents on the status of my vehicle throughout the build process. Mike in finance was great to work with and the overall whole experience was smooth and easy. Keith at the body shop did a top notch job putting the LPO items on my car and made sure it stayed safe while getting the required work done. I have purchased several cars over the years from gateway and each time it has been a positive experience. Jeremy knows how fussy I am with my vehicles and assured my car was cared for from the moment it came in off the truck. I also want to say Chris Tufte in service does excellent work and he is the only one I allow to work on my cars and he always assures my car receives top notch care and is taken care of. Once we made our decision the follow up until the car arrived was good and then he demonstrated all the electronic options, introduced us to service staff, helped us setup the My Chevy app and explained the Costco and GM card credits. We have gotten our last 5-6 vehicles at Gateway, so that says it all! More
