The sales and service staff are all helpful and friendly. I have bought at least 10 cars from them over the decades and have used their service department dozens of times. I emailed the dealership several times, and each time all Chelsie Alvarez did was to tell me that the car I was interested in wasn't available. She did not point me to a car that was available or direct me to someone on the sales team who could help me. I finally called the dealership and spoke to Brad. When I explained my situation--that my car had been totaled and I had no other car--he went out of his way to try to find me a car. He then put me in touch with Marcus DeOliveira, who was extremely helpful and found me a car that was exactly what I wanted. He even drove my car to me on his day off so that I would not have to be car-less for one more day! I am giving Customer Service 5 stars in spite of Chelsie Alvarez, not because of her. Everyone except Chelsie went out of their way to help me. More

Brad and John I were phenomenal. I started working with Chelsie Alvarez the business development manager who was amazing. Brad took over when I arrived as it was a busy Saturday and he was straight forward and quick to get things done. John then completed everything before finance and was the nicest person I’ve worked with in customer service. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The only reason not giving 5 stars is I picked up my vehicle a week ago today, I still do not have my registration in hand and can’t get the inspection done which this is the first time this hasn’t been completed prior to me driving away w my car. I was pulled over and thankfully the officer was very very nice and understanding but warned me if I got pulled over again ( he pulled me over bc there is no inspection sticker) that I’d get a moving violation and clearly points on my license. I’m frustrated and hoping I can get this overnight but I left a message at 10:45am on the phone and it’s now 2:40pm with zero call back. I get people are busy but this was something they should be following up with on priority and I can’t drive my car now until I have it in hand. I live an hour away as well and my time is just as valuable as everyone who works there but it doesn’t seem to be a priority. Hoping to update it. More

Both Brad Trefrey and John Imparato are fantastic salesmen! After some time, I had decided to work with Brad. But when I called with the intention of purchasing the car I was looking for, I got John . And I was frankly surprised to find two easy going and very friendly salesmen at the same dealership. It made sense to be that John and Brad work together and it spoke volumes to me about the culture at Wellesley Toyota. John has a great personality and high energy. He's always willing to do whatever he can to make the buying experience easy and pleasant. I don't give my money to anyone without great thought. But John made me feel happy I had chosen to purchase our car from Wellesley Toyota. And I'll be sure to go back to them the next time I need to purchase a car. More
