Very clean and accommodating lounge area, customer service was great. Only downfall was the wait time for an oil change to be completed. Came in for a tire repair and ended up getting the tire replaced. Service took about two hours but it's understandable since they tried fixing the tire first. No issues at all, great service as always and replaced. Service took about two hours but it's understandable since they tried fixing the tire first. I came in for a VW recall issue and oil change and was told there were no discounted service offerings or coupons available. I got 'upsold' 2 overpriced air filters against better judgment for a fleecing told there were no discounted service offerings or coupons available. I got 'upsold' 2 overpriced air filters against better judgment for a fleecing $112 installed and came home later that day to have service discounts offered to me in my email from Rudy Luther dealerships?!?! Not happy...and, to make matters worse - I responded to a Service Manager's text message asking me if I had an exceptional experience and that I'd be getting a survey from VW in my email and to reach out to him if it was anything but that - I've tried to call the dealership TWO times without a return phone call yet??? Brought my car in for leaking coolant and a check engine light.service provider didn’t offer an alternative means of transport.stayed in lobby for an hour.after finally pestering the guy I was provided with light.service provider didn’t offer an alternative means of transport.stayed in lobby for an hour.after finally pestering the guy I was provided with a ride home and promise that my car will be diagnosed the following day and repaired by the evening.no communication came my way until I finally called to be told it might take another day.by evening following no communication until afternoon after which I was told to wait until the day after.finally I got the bill of sale with overpriced parts and triple diagnostic fees.in short worst experience ever I started serving my car in VW brooks ale since 2019 when I bought it. Having issues with my tired and after 3 times of bringing my car in I still have no answers. Not only did I purchase my car from the dealership but I brought it brand new and just hit 10,000 miles after almo my car in I still have no answers.
