Service staff are some of the things were not completed . I did not want to get some of the 30K servicing during the visit due to time constraint. Lots of attitude from the staff as I didnt want to spend extra amount this time- not sure if they are incentivised to sell services. We have 4 VW and will go to St louis park location next time. My wife did ask to speak to a servicing manager and she did not get much help as she was told manager was not in and didnt want to get a true feed back. More
