We have had the pleasure of working with Boris Perelman for over ten years now, and after recently purchasing our next Mercedes-Benz G-Class, I can honestly say that every single experience has been nothin for over ten years now, and after recently purchasing our next Mercedes-Benz G-Class, I can honestly say that every single experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Boris consistently makes the entire process seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. What can often feel like a stressful purchase is always smooth and effortless with him. He handles every detail with care, communicates clearly, and ensures we feel completely comfortable and confident every step of the way. There is never any pressure — just thoughtful, first-class service. What truly sets Boris apart is the personal touch. He remembers our preferences, anticipates our needs, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. It feels less like working with a salesperson and more like working with someone who truly values long-term relationships and takes pride in delivering excellence. In fact, we often joke that we hope he never retires, because we genuinely can’t imagine buying a car from anyone else. That’s how outstanding he is. If you’re considering a Mercedes, I cannot recommend Boris highly enough. You simply won’t find a better, smoother, or more enjoyable car-buying experience anywhere. More

Had a great experience with Boris at Sears. Made an appointment for a test drive for the next day and everything was ready to go - even inside for inspection on a cold and snowy day. No pressur Made an appointment for a test drive for the next day and everything was ready to go - even inside for inspection on a cold and snowy day. No pressure, just informative. Boris is very chill and relaxed which I appreciated. Closing was also low pressure and my only issue was that they got our appointment time mixed up and we ended up waiting for awhile. However, I would definitely consider buying from Boris and Sears again in the future. More
