The lounge is clean and provides snacks, tv's if you like, wi-fi and work spaces, different seating options, a kids play space ... my recent new car lease was easy and understandable, with lots of explanation (but not too much!) for all the new bells and whistles, plus my terms. More

Because of the service department's expertise and genuine warmth, I have decided to only purchase Honda vehicles (I just purchased my 5th Honda on Thursday) and buy them at Luther Hopkins Honda. She took all the time necessary (though she was quite busy) to give us a very thorough orientation when we picked up the new vehicle and has been quick to return calls/emails/texts if I have a question. The service department has likewise been great. I’ve had no problems with the vehicle but have had it in for a couple of routine maintenance visits and some minor touch up work for “door dings”. Quick, efficient, and very pleasant staff. Gives a much appreciated “home town” business feel! More
