We bought a 2014 honda odyssey in August had problems with it shortly after purchasing. Brought it in to get fixed had it for 3-4 weeks total just enough we when we got it back we were out of the 30 day warranty. Got it back shortly after again started doing the same thing. Was told to bring it to Hopkins honda and pay warrenty deductible. Brought it to St.Cloud luther and so far have to pay $650+ to get problems fixed. Transmisson flush isnt covered under warrenty and i was told that was done the 1st time. But they checked the transmisson fluid and it was black and very dirty. Plus still waiting to get a part sent that was broke when we bought it and seat belt extenders.

I will pass your message to the Management Team. I did review the email you sent to the Sales Person. It looks as there may have been some confusion as to what you purposed. We ship cars daily, so, I believe the misunderstanding is in the proposal itself. In any case, it is being reviewed and you should be contacted shortly. Thank you, Brian Trevino Westside VW

Everyone was kind and very knowledgeable. I was in a terrible accident a week ago and my car I loved was totaled. I only wanted another Passat because it saved my life. I found the Passat GT I was in a terrible accident a week ago and my car I loved was totaled. I only wanted another Passat because it saved my life. I found the Passat GT and fell in love. Everyone I worked with at Westside was compassionate and patient with me through the process. Thank you so much for putting me in another Passat that I'm oh so in love with. I'll definitely consider them in my families next purchase. More
