Poor customer care after purchasing. We bought a Honda Pilot Touring. After you leave the dealership/ give them a review, their true colors come out. Disrespectful people. Tried fixing it locally. Called our sales rep Bob Miller & explained the situation. He said bring it over. Drove over an hour to Space Coast Honda. Once there he started teaching us about how we don’t know physics & tire pressures. How we don’t have warranty on anything & how we don’t know to NOT expect any free services. We were willing to pay the $30 he was charged for fixing the tire. But at the end the disrespectful demeaning attitude of Bob Miller made us leave the dealership. Disgusting people. More
