I am still surprised Bobby takes my messages and I was NOT an easy deal. I was always polite though!! Bobby is a xxxx good salesman and VERY good at relationships. He excels at service. For WEEKS I was looking for a truck, then a 4Runner, and there was never a time when I reached out to Bobby and he wasn’t responsive, helpful and super positive. Beaver Toyota is lucky to have him. I have bought a lot of cars, dealt with a lot of people and Bobby is hand-down the best person in the industry I have every met and/or worked with. If you are even thinking about a new car, give Bobby a call. You will be happy you did. I am truly happy for all the help and service I got from Bobby. It’s obvious to tell Beaver Toyota values keeping Toyota buyers in the family. From the experience I had purchasing my new Tundra I’ll be coming back for all my cars. I had shopped around at other dealershi buyers in the family. From the experience I had purchasing my new Tundra I’ll be coming back for all my cars. I had shopped around at other dealerships for some time and was unable to find a dealer that could offer what I needed within my price range. That’s when I went to Beaver Toyota, a place that both my parents had purchased their vehicles for the past 10 years. Upon arriving I was greeted by Bobby Harvey one of the salesman at the dealership. He gave me a tour of the dealership, I went in shopping with only two requirements a 4 x 4 pick up with a V-8 engine. I knew I would have a hard time being able to get into a new vehicle with all of the negative equity that I had. However he assured me that I could and he lived up to his promise, I was hesitant to commit at first so he let me take the vehicle home for the day knowing it would win me over. As you can guess I kept it from that point on. Bobby did everything to make what usually for me is a pain staking procedure absolutely painless and actually enjoyable as well with John and financing making all of the dealing and signing of the paperwork a breeze. I left as happy as I’ve ever been buying a new vehicle and I am looking to return to Toyota when I look to get my next vehicle as well as when my fiancé looks to get hers. Will definitely be coming back to see Bobby Harvey in particular. More
