Veronica Tran was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. Also, Veronica was very personable and easy to talk to from the first moment when I sat down to talk with her. The finance team was wonderful and very friendly. To cap off my experience, Veronica literally laid out the red carpet for me and put a huge red ribbon on my new BMW! Inside the car were also other BMW goodies from a new BMW tumbler to two key chains. My kids were also happy when I brought home a box of chocolates!
