I am married business woman but I buy my cars alone -- you would be surprised how many dealerships I have walked out of because I was just not comfortable -- not being treated as an equal. I do my research. I know what I want and do NOT take kindly to "mansplaining" of all the things I do not understand about cars or money. Brandon is the POLAR opposite of this behavior!! Respectful, engaged me in educated discussion and answered all my questions. I also like to close deals and not waste time - I liked him. I found the car I wanted based on the research I conducted before hand. I had financing in hand -- but BMWs financing was better -- and Bob from finance was amazing! In a few hours I walked out having traded in my old car, buying my new car -- and my husband returning the next morning to sign the last bit of paperwork and we were DONE!!! Awesome experience and I am one happy customer! More
