I can’t recommend this dealership enough. I had a great experience from the minute I walked through the front door until the time that I took delivery of my new X5 24 hours later. I brought my 11 year old experience from the minute I walked through the front door until the time that I took delivery of my new X5 24 hours later. I brought my 11 year old son with me and from the beginning, Zach B. on the sales team engaged with both of us. My son loved being included and treated like he was an important part of the process. I was honestly shocked at the straightforward approach they took with the purchase price and the trade in value they offered. I was so happy to not have to go back and forth and get upset about being yanked around. After the great process on the sales side, I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail that Zach F. took in walking through all of the features and functionality available on my new X5. He has probably gone through this process hundreds of times but he took his time and made me feel valued as a customer. He didn’t take shortcuts and gloss over things, especially when he learned that this was my first purchase of this brand. Zach was extremely knowledgeable about the product and obviously took great pride in his role. It was evident in how he approached the setup and delivery of my new vehicle. I have purchased a few luxury cars over the years and by far, this was the best experience from top to bottom. A family dealership that treats you like family, what a nice change of pace from other luxury dealerships in the area. More
