I consider my Family lucky to have bumped into him, because he truly does care about your experience. We ended up purchasing a new X3 from him (3 months later), and the entire process was unlike I have experienced in the past. No razzle-dazzle or high pressure sales practices at this dealership. The only thing they care about is what you as the Customer want, and Zack Forester is fantastic to deal with. It is my opinion that you will not find more professionalism at a car dealership anywhere else in the Country - than you will at BMW of West St.Louis. Go see Zack F.! He’s the man! More
