I have been a Toyota customer since 1985. Bob was my service advisor for nearly 40 years until his retirement. He trained Megan before he left so I chose her as my new service advisor. She is friendly, and I appreciate her fullfilling my request to communicate by phone calls instead of apps, texting, etc. I hope she makes her career at Toyota of Wallingford. Building a relationship with my service advisor is important to me. Car repairs are expensive so it's good to deal with one person that you can trust implicitly. Toyota needs to update their website because Megan isn't in the dropdown menu for me to give her the 5 stars she's earned!! More
