Not only that, but when you come back to service your car in any way, he will make sure you are well taken care of! I dropped my debit card in the little slot where the emergency brake is and in conversation I mentioned I might just watch a YouTube video to get it out of the console myself instead of paying to have them do it since I could see through the slot that it was right by the edge, etc. He comes back 20 minutes later with MY CARD IN HIS HAND! He had the service guy get it out for me! Great guy. Again, pick Bob O.!!! Great guy!! More
