the worst dealer I have dealt with. Even after I told them I would not be purchasing a car from them they continued to call me constantly for days with 5 to 10 calls a day. Every call I asked them to sto them I would not be purchasing a car from them they continued to call me constantly for days with 5 to 10 calls a day. Every call I asked them to stop, but the calls continued. Sometimes within 10 minute intervals. Do not give them your contact info!! These are the guys who give car salesmen poor reputations. Update: the calls continue! Just got another from a manager at the dealer. Called to have me take my review down. Really Poor practices. He did not even apologize for all the calls. I just had to hang up on him. He acted really rude. It’s actually disturbing. Next update : The calls continue ! At this point I did it even pick up because I now know the number by heart. A message was left by a gentleman who did not even leave his name, but said and I quote “ I um deal with um customer service please call me back” how would I even do that without him leaving a name? How ridiculous? Again really unprofessional Behavior. More

Bob is very mild mannered, relaxed, very reliable and meticulous. He made and kept appointment times, communicated effectively through phone and text, asks stresmlined the prices by taking information pr meticulous. He paid close attention to details like removing the E-Zee Pass decals from my windshield and fusing sunglasses in my trade in before I left the lot with my bee car. Very pleasurable to work with. Only improvement is for the dealership: in pandemic, there was not enough ventilation in the showroom and office area and the mask rule was not being consistently followed by both employees and other customers. Many were not wearing masks while working or talking for long periods of time inside, or were not wearing masks over their noses (just their mouths). Bob wore his mask properly at all times. More
