I bought a used Ford edge sel it is a wonderful vehicle. But the sun/moonroof was inoperable and it didn't pass emissions. I was promised by service dept that emissions would be fixed but it wasn't. Very thorough I had an issue that took a number of visits to find and correct the issue. They were very accommodating while my car was in the shop.
