The car has some minor scratches and needed a few spots buffed out in the clear coat and they honored their word and took care of the car after I had purchased it. I wound up spending a little more because I felt it was worth it: my client advisor, Bob Dedert, took my request seriously, he seemed honest and fair, he made sure that I had ample time to check out several vehicles, and the way he and his colleagues at the dealership handled my business was extremely professional.
