On several occasions, he shared information that I believe other salespeople may not have. When I discovered an issue with the slightly used Volvo I was purchasing, he and the sales manager told my wife and I that they would fix the problem and call us in several days. Given it was a used car and the rough scraped paint that was touched up was on the underside of the front bumper, they could have fought us on fixing the issue. They did not. Finally, when we finished our purchase, the sales manager caught me before I pulled out from the dealership and informed me that we have overpaid. He promised to have a check to us on the next weekday, and he delivered on his promise. What I have written above is why I gave Bob, his sales manager and Symthe a five star rating. More

We were welcomed at the door, and were quickly introduced to our sales associate Bob Cerza. I explained what we were looking for, and within 5 minutes, we were looking at a couple of 2017 S90 T6's. The new Volvo design is really sharp, the technology features are unbelievable, and we knew we made the right choice. The process of dealing with our trade in took a few minutes. Bob helped us get more incentives based on programs related to where we worked. In the end, the process was simple, we got the payment we wanted, and we are now enjoying our experience with the car. From start to finish, it was a no stress process. I highly recommend choosing Smythe if you are looking for a new car. More

Paperwork Time First concern is the amount of time to close the purchase. Arrived a little after 12:00 and finished at 4:45 PM. Four and a half hours is a long time to be at the dealer. I bought my other 2008 Volvo XC90 at Bridgewater Volvo. Total time one hour and a half from test ride to paperwork. Second, PC used in sale was constantly updating and the salesmen should of went to another PC more quickly to process his paperwork. We sat their for hours which is not fair to the customer Connection problem at dealer that also delayed the purchase of the vehicle. I can not give an outstanding review when at explained above is not warranted.. It is understandable that problem happen but we have a business to and customer service satisfaction is on top of the list. I this Smythe Volvo needs to address this situation for the furture. More
