Above and beyond our expectations! This is our 2nd time leasing from Elkins. I got an amazing deal on my first lease and loved my Traverse so much that I wanted another. I must admit I This is our 2nd time leasing from Elkins. I got an amazing deal on my first lease and loved my Traverse so much that I wanted another. I must admit I was a bit “sticker shocked” at first since prices have gone up in the last few years. With that said, Jeff and Bob went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with! Jeff was so down to earth and made us very comfortable! We will come back again and again! More

I let him know a good friend of mine referred me in and had great things to say about the Elkins experience. We discussed a few options on the Traverse and he pulled two up to compare and we took a test drive. We spent time getting to know each other and I could tell this family car dealership had a different level of personalized care and service than I’ve seen. He helped my wife and I through the options and made the process very easy and understandable. He even introduced us to the service director for future service appointments. Todd and the whole Elkins team did a phenomenal job and we couldn’t be happier with the decision to purchase our 2019 Traverse from Elkins! More

That alone was a big step to me because I found this wasn't common during my search at other dealerships. I told Todd that I was shopping for a Trail Boss. We went over some details and within 10 minutes we were on a test drive. Todd was transparent throughout and made everything clear, comfortable and easy. Hands down one of the most enjoyable vehicle purchasing experiences I've had. Todd was phenomenal and we will back to see him next year for another purchase. More
