From 2 Lexus’s to 1 Rav4 Double check terms when they try to redo the deal by selling additional extended fancy warranty programs. Almost lost my 0% financing. Great experience with Gary "CAP" Capper I was searching for a certified pre-owned Toyota Sienna AWD. I live in North Carolina, and there are no pre-owned AWD Sienna's in this state, or anyw I was searching for a certified pre-owned Toyota Sienna AWD. I live in North Carolina, and there are no pre-owned AWD Sienna's in this state, or anywhere nearby. I also arranged financing through my bank. After calling several Toyota dealerships in the north east and midwest, i recieved two types of responses. The sales people didn't want to deal with me over the phone and email (its 2018, xxx!!!!). I was astounded to hear that unless I showed up in person at a dealership several hundred miles away, they didn't want my business. The other excuse i heard was that because I had secured financing, the dealers preferred buyers who were going to finance through Toyota. Not sure I could do much about the later. The nice folks at Metro Toyota were very different. Once I said I was interested in one of their pre-owned vehicles, they were more than happy to work with me. I explained my experiences with other Toyota dealerships, and they assured I wouldn't experience any of the problems I had with the other dealerships. Gary "CAP" verified the availability of a certified pre-owned Sienna, and everything went smoothly from there. I flew into Cleveland, and CAP had a car come and pick me up from the airport. Once I arrived at the dealership, I took the Sienna for a quick spin and everything was in fantastic condition. The paperwork took about 2 minutes to read through and sign, and everything was in order when I showed up. My commute home of 800 miles went by without incident. More
