This location is easy to reach and directly off of I-480. I purchased a used 2017 Toyota Highlander. The entire process was super easy and really only took about one hour of my time. This was refreshing because I have spent entire days in dealerships in past. Part of the deal with purchasing the car is a one year service agreement with free oil changes and tire rotations which is a nice added perk. I would recommend this dealership to others looking for used vehicles. More

After shopping at Brunswick Toyota where were treated very rudely by management with their high pressure sales tactics. We decided to shop at Metro. This is my fifth car from Metro Toyota, my first certified used car. My decision to stay with Metro was confirmed with this experience. I felt the dealership was pretty shady. Especially in relation to the financing. I was at first only presented with Toyota as an approved lender and shown other lenders who turned me down. When I mention relation to the financing. I was at first only presented with Toyota as an approved lender and shown other lenders who turned me down. When I mentioned to Bob, the finance guy, that I knew they ran other creditors and provided a list it was then the other approvals were brought out. Why? Because Toyota had the highest APR and so of course they'd make more money. Additionally, the dealership financing tried to add 2% more APR above what I was approved for "as an added commission so they could make money from the lender split". Ok, so I have to pay more to supplement your income regardless of the lender? Ultimately, I called the lender i decided to move forward with directly to confirm I did not need to accept the 2% increase and they agreed. I was able to get the finance team to remove that in order for me to go through the deal with them. Im still not 100% sure I got the lowest APR but it is what it is. Lastly, on the computer document signing, Bob did not go over the 4 sections I signed, did not tell me what I was signing for, nor could I see his screen. I was honestly going to walk away from the deal and probably should have. I can guarantee I would NOT recommend this dealer nor provide a good rating. More
