I was referred to the Surburban and to Desiree. Desiree was great in finding me what I was looking for and she was no pressure. She is an excellent representative for Mazada, well dressed, well spoken, professional and knowledgeable about your products. What I really liked is she did not try to upsell me into something I was not looking for. I really think she is an asset to your organization and would refer my friends and family to her. Buying a car is stressful as it is and with today's prices it is even more stressful. Desiree was great. Blake was super friendly as well. Finance process seemed to be smooth. He was able to explain the documents and the extra 's that Mazada offers as well. I did not like the paint and fabric protection that Mazada states is included when really you are charging me over 1,000.00 for that protection. Your document's show it included on one page/screen where you are trying to sell me GAP in and the other warranties and then on another page of the documents it states I am paying for it. This is such a joke and a total money make for Mazada. But overall both of these employees were great to work with and this buying experience was easy. More
