Billy is a graduate of the NADA General Manager Academy. He grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia but his family roots are in Baltimore. Billy returned to his roots in 2004 when he was recruited by CCBC-Essex for Lacrosse. During his time here Billy became a two-time first team NJCAA All-America selection, was named as MVP in the 2004 NJCAA Championship Game after leading the Essex Knights to the title, and was named as Maryland Junior College Defensive Player of the Year in 2005. After playing with CCBC-Essex Billy transferred to Towson University where he played his final seasons of Lacrosse as a Towson Tiger. In 2017, Billy was inducted into the CCBC Lacrosse & the NJCAA Hall of Fame in 2023.

I have been extremely happy with this dealership. Billy, the general manager is super nice and helpful. Michelle, our sales person us amazing. We really appreciate the fact that she wasn’t pushy a Billy, the general manager is super nice and helpful. Michelle, our sales person us amazing. This wasn't what we were expecting when buying a new car. We had a really easy, enjoyable experience purchasing our new Forester. Most of the business was done via phone calls. Helen was fun to deal with and very knowledgeable about our new car. Finance was a breeze and they had the best new car rates we were able to find. More
