On the day I picked up the car he showed me all around the dealership so I would be familiar with where car service would take place - great idea and the first to ever offer that. He also did a great job showing me all the ins and outs of my Outback. The entire experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Initially I continued to buy Subaru because the service department at Annapolis Subaru is the best! After driving a beautiful Legacy for the last 3 years I decided to go back to my all time favorite, the Outback. Chris Kelly , Ed Rucker and all the sales people in Annapolis are so helpful, never pushy and always willing to negotiate. They are absolutely the best sales people I have ever worked with. Subaru does tend to sell itself but the staff in Annapolis go ABOVE AND BEYOND. I could not resist a brand new 2016 Outback. Thank you Ed and Chris. You guys Rock! He went above and beyond to show us the vehicle we were interested in. We found the perfect Forester and went on to the financing end. Billy Sadtler, the Sales Manager and Finance Manager was also incredibly polite and gracious. He also went above and beyond to get us the best rate and handled all of the paperwork with ease. He agreed to our price and went out of his way to meet our terms. What an incredibly wonder experience all the way around. Who knew car buying could be so fun.
