Upon my arrival to "Bob Davidson Ford Lincoln" (Oct 31 2011), Mr. Hicks greeted me and escorted me around the lot to help find a vehicle that best suited my tastes, lifestyle and routine. When we found that vehicle, he quickly and efficiently started the process, negotiated the deals, organized the appropriate staff (car care & finance) and assisted me with transferring items from the old vehicle to the new. The next day,he contacted my auto insurance representative from his office to help update and transfer the new vehicle to the current policy.
