Mike Masters walked me through the order and mechanics of the deal over the Web and telephone, Billy Boutilette showed me my new car, handled the paperwork and my questions on delivery, Nizam Mushaba took me through the financing and purchase mechanisms, and Luke Higley and John Sciaca provided authoritative guidance. I got the car I wanted at better than the price I had hoped for with one visit to the dealership, some Web correspondence and some phone calls. These folks met and exceeded my expectations.
