At first I was a little stressed with the whole process, I wish I wasn't looked at like a "young" kid looking for a car. Perhaps, that would have made my experience more enjoyable. I felt like I was a bother when asking questions and filing the paperwork. However, mood seemed to change when I said yes and things were more pleasant. I got a great deal so I cannot complain. More

Great dealership. Friendly staff. Purchase of new vehicle made simple. One issue was purchase price & paperwork didn't match. Finance mgr didn't explain that. Once I called back got it explained. Must say this was one of the easiest transactions that I have done in all the years of buying vehicles. I have bought over 80 vehicle in the past 50 years . I went in with my printed email from them at 10 in I had used the online Consumer Reports Car Buying Service before choosing and going to this dealer. I went in with my printed email from them at 10 in the morning, and walked out at just past 11 with with my new car paperwork (that included my test drive). They agreed to the quoted price with no questions or "hard sell" tactics. Great price, and it couldn't have been easier. More
