Christen helped us "build the car" and then my husband and I worked with Bill Utnick in finance. We arrived at a fair price (lease) and the date the car would be available. Christen followed up with 2/3 phone calls within the 3 week waiting period. The car was ready for delivery on date promised: all papers easily signed. Christen reviewed the manual and amenities with great patience and care...making sure I understood. The"Connect" was done at the dealership; the smartphone was set up before I left. Philip was called in to install a child's car seat. The knowledge, courtesy, fair-minded pricing and conscientiousness of everyone at Toyota has reenforced my trust (we have had a Land Cruiser and Lexus before). As a family who buys cars every 2-3 years this has been a VERY EASY and HAPPY experience. We will recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and Christen Salvitico in particular. More

I have that much trust in him giving her the best price for the vehicle.
