We had dealt with several dealerships while researching our purchase and found ourselves disappointed. From the old bait & switch, to being told what we were looking for couldn’t be found. Windgap had it in transit, and Bill was on it immediately. It took 4 days from that first call to driving it off the lot. A dealership in NJ took longer to refund my deposit on a car they promised, but never delivered.
