Good Experience at Montrose Kia! After shopping everywhere for a KIA, I got a tip to try the Montrose Kia in Sheffield so I contacted them. The other places (including 3 major KIA dea After shopping everywhere for a KIA, I got a tip to try the Montrose Kia in Sheffield so I contacted them. The other places (including 3 major KIA dealers in the greater Cleveland area) literally were a joke in comparison. When I'm buying a car, I want the person helping me to actually "help me" and to listen to what I need from a car and financially. That is exactly the service I got from Montrose, and specifically Bill Reichert, my sales guy! He was friendly, professional, to the point, had no underlying fees or scams or ultimatums. I told him the car I wanted, I told him the price range I needed and he looked around and found my car! The rest was easy. This place is good business and I highly recommend them. More

I didnt think I would be able to afford this nice of a car/SUV but Bill worked it out for me. I was able to take the car for a nice test drive and decided right away the deal was for me. He did everything for me right down to calling my insurance company and had everything transferred for me. Usually I have felt pressured to buy cars that I havent always been happy with but I think I am sold on Kias from now on! More
