Salesman Bill Mears got our case and he was terrific in getting us what we wanted in a short time and in explaining the details of the car upon arrival, and in helping us get a spare third key for safety at a reasonable cost. It was a pleasure getting to know him as part of the process, since although it is "just business" buying a car, establishing a human connection between the parties involved makes it more than just that. I hope the long service relationship we will have with Martin Honda will live up to this auspicious beginning. More
